Segilola Guobadia is a lawyer with over 30 years legal experience . She has worked in Litigation and Commercial Law, Arbitration and Mediation.

She started her Zonta journey with the Golden Z Club of University of Lagos, where she was President for 3 years. In 1989 during her tenure, the Club was second place in the then Emma Conlon Competition and got several commendations.

She joined Zonta International Club of Lagos 1 in 2002. She held several positions in the Club and became President of the Club in 2010. She has served as Chair of the District Nominating Committee in 2016- 2018 and is currently the Chair of the Amelia Earhart District Committee for the 2022- 2024. She was also a member of the Zonta International Advocacy Committee 2012-2014.

She retired early and runs a small shoe and jewellery business. She is an associate member of the chartered Institute of Arbitrators Nigeria Branch. Member of International Womens Society. She is God – Fearing ; loves singing, gardening and has a small farm.
