I am a charter member of this Club, I have held several positions of responsibility in the District Committees as in the Club: my love for Zonta has led me to invest myself to bring my help and my experience in my Club and in the other Clubs of Burkina Faso in order to maintain our dynamic
Clubs.
The position of OAC (Organization-AffiIiation-Classification) was of particular interest to me because of the recruitment of members. Our club needed it so badly: the number of Club members was dropping dangerously because there were a lot of club members leaving. I was able to recruit eight members who joined the club and the goals of ZI. Three of these news later disengaged. Nevertheless the other five are active members and this has helped to increase the number of club members to seventeen.

My position as Chairperson of the District 18 Leadership Committee in 2018-2020 allowed me to get involved in Training and Leadership: training new members to have truly engaged members (Zl Constitution, Club Manual , Rules of procedure of our Club). The training of elected members of the Bureau has proved necessary before they take up their duties in order to ensure their commitment to the Bureau.

I was Vice-President of the Inter Club Committee for the Zl Centenary in 2021, we worked to make pleas to the President of the National Assembly of the BF, on violence against women and young girls, particularly in the context of Adolescent weddings

DG Ore did me the honor of appointing me Chairperson of the Z and golden Z Clubs of the District 18 Committee.. I was the initiator and the originator of the creation of the Golden Z Club Ouaga Etoiles and their Z Club Chairman, my Club is a Sponsor. I was able, through hard work, to recruit 40 Students who received their Charter on February 6, 2021.

I was a member of Toastmasters and got DTM medal. International for leadership. These are qualities that I will use to learn from the Governor and members of the District Clubs so that I can lead a District. Involvement with civic, community or professional organizations, positions held over the past five years and any future engagement:

Since 2014, I have been the President of an association of Women Entrepreneurs called: « Association
Femmes Solidarite / Femmes Chef d’Entreprises which is member of Conseil National du Patronat (Employer’s Council of Burkina Faso). Women ofthis associaton (town and villages who to work in transformation chains(Sheebutter, Coton :faso danifani, Cashew nut..). This allows them to have financial independence to take care of the health and schooling of the children.


I was appointed by the President of Faso in the High Council for Social Dialogue (HCDS) : 2018-2023 , this institution is responsible for implementing the culture of social dialogue in the country between
workers-employers-government. I think that social dialogue can be found in our clubs in order to avoid conflicts of all kinds which end up causing club members to desert and or weaken the dynamism of the club.
In 2000 to 2008 1 was Past President of the National Order of Pharmacists of Burkina Faso and Past President of Pharmacists of Africa.
All these functions and managers have enable me to receive the decoration in the Order of Commander of the Stallion : Commandeur de l’Ordre de I’Etalon en Decembre 2022, received and decorated on March 30, 2023.

I think that all these experiences acquired in my club Zonta Club of Ouagadougou, all the Clubs of Burkina Faso, in my Zonta Distrct 18, the District’conferences, and Zonta International’Conventions, at the head of Women ‘associations in my Country Burkina Faso, in the Institutions of my Country, have given me enough experiences and leadership to lead the office of Lieutenant Governor.

My Country Burkina Faso has had since its delivery from Chartre on December30,1990 a single Governor in the person of Mrs. KYELEM ADOTEVI Veronique who is now very old so one Governor and Lieutenant-Governor for 20 years.I have enjoyed the Zonta friendship and know its value. The position of Lieutenant-Governor will be a District encouragement for our Clubs in Burkina Faso.

I am convinced that peace and security will very soon return to our dear Country , Burkina Faso.
