Zonta Club of Accra II : 16 days of activism – Intercity meeting Disrict 18, Area 2, 13th October 2022

All six clubs within Ghana (Accra, Accra II, Tema, Metropolitan, Jubilee & e-club of West Africa) attended a meeting hosted by the Area 2 Director Janet Tamaklo and Zonta International Director Anne-Marie French Cudjoe. It was attended by 89 members of the clubs.

The 6 Presidents gave an overview of their activities for the upcoming biennium. ZID gave a talk on her journey as a Zontian to encourage us to review why we chose to become a member of Zonta to renew our commitment to the organisation.

We then discussed our activities for the upcoming 16 days of activism. All 6 clubs have various activities & advocacy programmes lined up and we made sure that we supported sister clubs by not havi8ng clashing programmes keeping Zonta in the media eye each day.
