EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
District Information
Zonta was introduced to Africa in 1970 by Zontian Barbara Baeta – She was First District Governor from 1970 – 1972. Following this 19 Clubs have since been formed with the E-Club of West Africa being the most recent one chartered in 2018. We have had 26 District Governors, six (6) International Officers and Directors and One International President.
Areas and Clubs.
There are nineteen (19) clubs in nine (9) different countries, namely, Ghana, Nigeria, Cote D’Ivoire, Togo, Burkina Faso, Benin, Senegal, Sierra Leone and Uganda. District 18 is comprised on Area1, Area 2 and Area 3.
