DESCRIBE YOUR MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS IN ZONTA
My personal achievements within Zonta include being an active member through continuous investments of time, energy, skill set and financial support.

As a secretary of my club (from 2009 to 2011), I assisted the club as the Chief Communications Officer, drafting all publications, documents and presentations.

I served as president of the Zonta club twice, from 2012 to 2014 and again from 2014 to 2016. As club Director, I also served twice; from 2016 to 2018 and 2018 to 2020.

I used my presidency to better organize our meetings and committees with the advice of the past Presidents and the area Director.

When I was president of the Ouagadougou club, I also worked to increase club memberships from 12 to 18 members.

From 2020 to 2022, I acted as President of Public Relations and communication of my club.
From 2022 to now : Vice Area Director
In terms of empowerment activities, we organized many training sessions for members to get familiar with Zonta goals, mission, and rules. I also created a Facebook page and I manage the various updates for the page. I have spearheaded successful panel discussions that have enriched our knowledge base and expanded our horizons.

Since my registration in Zonta, I’ve attended the district conventions in Cotonou, Accra and Abidjan and the international conferences in Torino, Orlando, Nice, Yokohama and Hamburg.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION : (current company/previous company)
Currently I’m the Managing Director of a company created in 2000. Our services include secretarial services, organizing meetings,conference planning, office appliances, simultaneous interpretation equipment rental, translation, interpretation, sound systems,
video projectors, etc. and hostess services.

We also have interim services, connecting people to work opportunities.
Describe how your business or professional experience and skill will contribute to the position for which you are submitting your nomination :

As executive secretary and company manager, I am responsible for providing strategic leadership and performing duties based on administration and managerial skills.
For years, I have been involved in technical and vocational education, especially in secretarial duties, data processing and business correspondence.

Over the years, I have gained experience in organization and communication skills that can help me boost cooperation between all clubs in my area and develop a framework that will provide a consultative approach and will foster collaboration.

Involvement with civic, community or professional organizations, positions held in the last five years and anyfuture commitments
I am a member of the Women Manager organization and held the position of secretary from 2018 to 2023.

I am also a member of AWEP WEST AFRICA (African Women’s Entrepreneurship Program).
What are your goals for advancing globally the object of Zonta intemational and how do you pmpose to accomplish them ?

My goals for advancing globally the objectives of Zonta international are :
To work and contribute to increasing the membership,
To work to help bridge connections between clubs and foster larger impact and utilize members’ talents that may not exist in all clubs contribute by serving at the level of the District to the progress of Zonta International.

What special competencies and attributes do you possess which qualifr you to serve in the position (s) for which you have been nominated ?
I am bilingual and I can use these language skills to contribute at the District level even at the international one.

I am an executive secretary and have the knowhow, I have the equipment, I have the communication skills to foster connection with people.
